rich history

Maynard Research Council has been helping both large and small clients improve operations since 1934. Our long list of successes are based on the ability to blend modern methodologies with time proven techniques thereby to unlock productivity deterrents. In today's technological word, fundamental concepts are used only causally–thinking one or another manufacturing system will replace the need for engineered, more precise, methods and measurement processes. How absurd! Those who are reaping a more bountiful harvest always use formal methods and measurement procedures in conjunction with other cost saving systems. For example, in order to enjoy the full benefits of Lean manufacturing, it is essential that practitioners know and employ measurement and methods systems. We know this to be true because we teach and use Lean manufacturing.

our mission

Maynard is committed to continuing its long standing tradition of excellence through outstanding quality of service. It is our goal to continue the 74 year reputation of being the foremost authority in improving productivity, reducing cost, increasing efficiency and helping our customers beat back their competition.
